Wet moorage is available for 270 recreational vessels up to 40 feet long. Seasonal, monthly, weekly, and daily rates are available. The Sioux City Marina is located at mile marker 732.6 on the north side of the Missouri River near the Big Sioux Bend.

Our fuel dock offers gasoline, potable water, ice, beverages, and snacks. There is also a free waste pump-out station. Other amenities include shore power 30A, restrooms, and convenience items.

REQUIREMENTS

Copy of your boat registration
Copy of your certificate of insurance: boat owner shall maintain, throughout the term of this lease agreement, marine liability insurance in an amount of at least $300,000, with salvage included or proof of umbrella coverage. F3 Marina LLC and Sioux City Marina must be named as additionally insured and/or of interest. Both parties need to be named a Certificate Holder so that we will be notified if the policy expires.

ENDING A RESERVATION

Sioux City Marina requires a 30-day written notice by completing the CONTRACT END FORM. If you are selling or have already sold your boat, please notify the Marina Office as soon as possible and complete the CONTRACT END FORM.

A BRIEF HISTORY

The harbor of the Sioux City marina, which lies on a tract of land between the Isabella Street exit on Interstate 29 and the Combination Bridge, was completed in the fall of 1969. The City of Sioux City then had the responsibility of operating, maintaining, and developing the marina, which has a capacity for 450 boats.
