Sioux City Marina Celebrates Re-Opening After Year-Long Closure

May 15, 2025 – Sioux City Marina is excited to announce its reopening after a year-long closure. The marina will welcome boaters back onsite Memorial Day Weekend with a casual Meet & Greet open to boaters, giving them an opportunity to meet the new management company, F3 Marina, and reintroduce them to the property.

“We’re thrilled to welcome everyone back to Sioux City Marina,” said Matt Salvatore, Parks & RecreationDirector for the City of Sioux City. “This season will be a time of transformation for the Marina. We are taking this opportunity to reinvest in the marina to ensure it remains a vibrant and safe destination for years to come.”

A larger Grand Re-Opening celebration will be planned this summer, inviting boaters and the local community out to rediscover the beauty, convenience, and hospitality that has made Sioux City Marina a local treasure with food, music, raffles and more.
